US Black Angus Ribeye grade Prime ini memiliki grade sapi yang paling tinggi di USA (mohon cek gambar ke-3).

Ribeye adalah daging potongan steak dekat iga sehingga rasa lebih juicy & empuk dibandingkan bagian2 lainnya. Sudah tidak ada tulang sehingga memudahkan utk dimasak.

Lalu Ribeye Prime ini berasal dari sapi hitam Black Angus USA pemakan biji2an (grainfed).

Ribeye Prime memiliki grade satu tingkat di atas Ribeye Choice yang kita juga jual (yg seharga rp79rb utk 200gr dan rp115rb utk 300gr per piecenya). Rasa dijamin lebih empuk dan gurih dari Ribeye Choice yang sebenernya udh enak juga kata mimin ?.

Sangat cocok untuk menu Roast Beef, western BBQ atau dibuat steak. Tidak perlu pengempuk / tenderizer lagi karena sudah empuk dan tinggal grill saja.

Ribeye Prime ini sudah sering dipakai di hotel2 dan resto2 high ends di seluruh dunia.

Untuk pembelian utuh atau custom cut mohon chat kami terlebih dahulu supaya bisa dibuatkan link khusus. Ada tambahan 10% apabila request gramasi di bawah 300gr. Kalau di atas 300gr tidak kena tambahan.

Ukuran sengaja dibuat 300 gram karena diameter daging cukup besar dan kalau dipotong 200 gram menjadi terlalu tipis.

KONDISI : frozen.
CUTTING : tanpa tulang & lip on (bagian ujungnya masih ada sedikit lemak yg belum ditrim, mohon cek gambar ke-2).
BERAT : +/- 300 gram.
TEBAL: +/- 1,5-2 cm.
KEMASAN : vacuum sealed packed.
GRADE: Black Angus USDA Prime (cek gambar ke-3).
HALAL : 100% baik dari jenisnya mapupun cara pemotongannya.
